July 8-14, 2001 Unitarian Universalist lay leaders have long used Leadership School as their primary training source, where they learn about their own preferences and temperaments, practice small groups process skills, and learn about UU heritage and values. Participants also plan and put together worship services, learn how congregations operate, and acquire "systems thinking," all in a context of UU principles and purposes. Now religious educators have the opportunity to attend a Leadership School that takes their special needs into account. The Mountain, locates about 2 ½ hours north of Atlanta near highlands, NC will sponsor Leadership School for Religious Educators July 8-14, 2001. Faculty will include:
