Remember the old days of Synapse? That big, leafy publication that you could barely open over your kitchen table without knocking stuff over? Those days are gone, folks! The New and Improved Synapse now reads (oh-so-manageably) like a magazine, and comes complete with:
Now, we can tell y'all that it's great, but what is everyone else saying about it? "Synpase is where is all at! Synpase has become a viable, usable resource not only for the Continentally-savvy, but for the district youth leadership/con-goer, and even the church youth group people. I actually use Synpase now - the changes and the format have transformed Synpase into a Journal of YRUU, if you will. This is exactly what YRUU needed." (a note sent to us from Chris Trace, a youth from MidSouth District) "Just got Synapse, and it's wonderful. I love the new format, the articles are outstanding... everything about it is just fabulous. You all deserve a hug for such outstanding work." (from Dori Davenport, programs consultant from CMWD) Don't just check it out! Encourage youth to publish! Next deadline: 9/1/99 Topic: Art & Cenorship |
