Religious Education Leadership

  • RE Credentialing: The Religious Education Credentialing Office works with persons preparing for credentialing as lay professional UU Religious Educators. The Religious Education Credentialing Director offers consultation and advice pertaining to the Religious Education Credentialing program.
  • Renaissance Program: The Renaissance Program is a major component of the UUA's Religious Education Credentialing program. Each 15-hour module provides standardized basic training in a specific area useful to Religious Educators in local congregations.
  • Religious Education Philosophy: Resources for exploring and developing a philosophy of lifespan religious education to guide program planning.
  • The Search for RE Leadership Adobe Acrobat Needed Best Practices for Unitarian Universalist Congregations is meant not only to guide congregations in their search for a lay religious education professional, but also to lay the groundwork for a mutually enriching relationship between staff member and congregation that is consonant with our Unitarian Universalist values.
  • Introduction to Liberal Religious Education: A Graduate Level Course for Unitarian Universalists Adobe Acrobat Needed
