Religious Education Resources for Lifespan Faith Development

for families, small groups, congregations, or religious educators
who want to connect with a congregation

  • Between Sundays! ~ reponses for the questions that don’t wait for a Sunday!
  • RE e-mail list ~ offers the opportunity to communicate, ask questions, share ideas
  • Parenting and Family ~ selections for parents and family – the real ‘religious educators’
  • uu&me! ~ fun activities, stories for children, supplements RE programming
  • RE Connections ~ updates on religious education theory, resources, and practice
  • Quest REsources for Living ~ the RE section of the CLF newsletter
  • CLF Curriculum Plan ~ for using established curricula and developing curricula or session plans
  • Curriculum for a Quarter ~ a systematic way of using the religious education resources

Visit www.clfuu.org/re External Site to find material organized around the themes of:

  • ethical development, combined with social justice
  • spiritual development and life issues – rituals, practices, and life issues
  • Unitarian Universalist identity,
  • faith development (listed as “Jewish and Christian Heritage and Religions of the World”), and
  • celebrations

Material is listed by age groups for preschool, elementary, middle school/junior youth, youth and adult in each topic area. The listing will allow access to material at any time. However, there are also Curriculum Plans for a Quarter, including ten sessions on one of the themes. This allows three weeks in a quarter for celebrations and other special things that you might want to include.

These resources are made possible through the memberships and donations to the Church of the Larger Fellowship. You are invited to join, continue your membership, and/or make a donation to CLF.
