Introduction to Curriculum Mapping

What Is Curriculum Mapping?

Curriculum Mapping is a series of brief descriptions of Unitarian Universalist curricula - both those published by the UUA, and those published independently by UU individuals, congregations, and districts.

The purpose of Curriculum Mapping is to help congregations and other groups plan religious education programs for children, youth, adults, and multi-age groups by providing one place to review all the published curricula possibilities before deciding which to explore further.

We attempt to keep this resource updated with descriptions of all new Unitarian Universalist programs as they become available. Some curricula, marked Out of Print, are included because they are still available on church and district library shelves.

Inclusion in Curriculum Mapping is not a UUA endorsement of these programs. Curriculum Mapping is simply a source of information. The perspectives, methodologies, and quality of programs vary significantly.

To use Curriculum Mapping, you can search by age group or by topic.
