The UUA also has a commitment to work for justice in ways that are inclusive, anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and multicultural.

UU Social Justice Affiliates – UUs are organized in networks around the country on a wide range of issues from economic justice, peace, the ethical treatment of animals, and environmental concerns. Many of these organizations have initiatives you can join and resources for congregations.

Social Justice Statements include
what were formerly known as Resolutions and are now called Statements of Conscience.
These are voted on annually at General Assembly. Before Statements of Conscience
are adopted, they are studied for two years before they are voted on. These
are called Study Action Issues.
