This workshop is designed to help Unitarian Universalist congregations
dismantle racism by allowing participants to examine both personal

plan that can move their congregations forward in working for racial
justice.
Objectives of the workshop are to:
- Increase awareness of racism within the church and the larger
community.
- Recognize the power/privilege of racism from personal and
institutional perspectives.
- Identify activities and responses that promote the elimination
of racism.
- Identify the challenges and barriers to working toward eliminating
racism.

in relation to the vision of a Jubilee World.
- Begin the process of building an anti-racism transformation
team

1996 Racial and Cultural Diversity Task Force’s Report Journey

in their community
