The time is approaching when we will be asking you to log on to uua.org and
submit your Certified Membership number in order to certify your congregational
delegates for next year’s General Assembly, as well as update your congregation’s
contact and statistical information (including Pledging Units, RE Enrollment,
Pledge Income, and Total Expenditures).
Please plan to provide these statistics when you log on to update this information.
Please use the most current information you have or your most accurate estimate
when submitting this information. In order to maintain the value of the UUA
printed Directory, this year we are requiring that you submit ALL statistical
information along with the Certified Membership number.
Last year 97% of our congregations certified their membership through our website,
however only 60% of congregations submitted the statistical information referenced
above. This information is vital -- it is listed in the UUA Directory, used
to provide services to your congregation at the district-level, and disseminated
as public information for the media and those who want to learn more about Unitarian
Universalism in your area and nationally.
We expect the on-line web link for congregational updates to be open for business
around November 15, at which time we will send you an email message and to let
you know that you can proceed to enter your information. For now, however, please

to view the most frequently asked questions about the on-line certification
process.
