Dear Wayne and Members of the Board of Trustees:

For more than a year my personal circumstances and health have made it difficult for me to fully and effectively carry out my duties at all times. After long, thoughtful consideration and extended consultation with good friends in the Association I have decided I must resign from my position as Moderator. Therefore, please accept this letter as my resignation as Moderator of the Unitarian Universalist Association.

It has been a privilege to serve in this role and I'm deeply grateful for having had the opportunity. My hopes are high for the continued powerful work of our Association.
