The Executive Vice President, Kay Montgomery, is responsible, under
the supervision of the President, for the day-to-day management
of the Association. She supervises all UUA vice presidents and program
department directors, coordinates the work of the UUA legal counsel,
and has responsibility for personnel matters in conjunction with
the Human Resources Administrator. The Executive Vice President
maintains close consultation with the President in the formulation
of policy, implements the Presidents instructions, and acts in the
absence of the President on the Associations behalf. Visit
