What's Happening in Canada
Canada's laws have moved toward the liberal agenda in areas such as equal marriage; decriminalization of marijuana and peace. The Canadian Unitarian Council has actively supported this liberal agenda through Social Responsibility Monitoring Groups in these areas. Although only 45 congregations with 5200 members, the CUC has had unprecedented media coverage and consensus.
