An introduction to the Assembly site for those with accessibility concerns. We'll talk about the accessibility of GA, how volunteers are available for assistance, and other services offered for persons with disabilities by the hotels and the Convention Center. Speaker: Rhoda Whitney

Young Adult Caucus
Come talk and find out about the many great programs, workshops, worships, and social activities for young adults (ages 18-35) at GA! Can't make it? Then plan to attend the Youth-Young Adult Reception from 9:00 to 10:00 PM tonight at the Shilo Inn, Wasatch Room, 7th floor.

Youth Caucus is an opportunity for youth to meet, organize, and discuss GA business. Youth and advisors attending GA are encouraged to attend this fun and informative orientation session. Sponsors are required to attend a brief training.

Welcome to the GA Choir! This orientation is your opportunity to meet this year's choir director, Scott Ward, and begin preparing the music the choir will present at the GA Closing Celebration.

Everyone participating in the banner parade should bring banner and poles (not bags and purses, if possible). There is help for assembling the poles, and some poles for sale. Please wear sturdy shoes.

120 Opening Celebration and Plenary I
Planning Committee
Join in the festivities opening the 38th Annual General Assembly. We celebrate with a Native American greeting, chalice lighting, the spectacular Banner Parade, music, singing, film and the spoken word. A brief Plenary Session follows, with adoption of the Rules of Procedure and welcoming new congregations. Socialize afterwards at the Reception. Cash bar available.

Two dance floors this year, each with distinctive music! Flash back to the sounds of the big band era and dance your favorite fox trot, waltz or tango, with live music by the 18-member Weber State Swing Band.

122 Afro-Fusion Dance
Planning Committee
Afro-Fusion Music: dance music featuring the finest African dance music and the fusion with other styles, including Afro-Latino, Afro-Caribbean, Afro-Celtic, as well as lots of soul.
