3031 "Alternative to the 'War on Drugs'": Monitoring Progress Commission on Social Witness | ||||||
The 2000 GA initiated two years of study and action on "An Alternative to the 'War on Drugs.'" Those who have engaged in study and action on the issue are invited to share experiences. Based on the discussion, CSW will draft a Statement of Conscience for consideration during the coming year.
