Big Gains through Small Groups

Churches with vital small groups work grow faster than churches that do not. This workshop considers the characteristics of strong groups, how ministry changes when a church incorporates small groups, the promises and pitfalls of serving people's needs in ways conventionally organized churches can not. Bob Hill is the Co-District Executive in the Southwest District and Glenn Turner is the District Executive in the Northeast District.
