Cultural Change in the Midsize Congregation

Culture is what distinguishes one midsize church from another. In this workshop we will gain an appreciation of how elusive yet pervasive a congregation's culture is in the process of change and growth. We will utilize some specific tools for understanding and discerning cultural change in congregations. Lawrence Palmieri Peers is the Director of Extension Education at the UUA.
