This workshop presents resources, theories and concepts of racial and cultural identity development used by members of the UUA's Anti Racism Core Organizing Team in their work. Together we will explore our racial and cultural identities as individuals and as congregations, and look at some of the tensions that arise as we engage in this work. Josh Pawelek is Anti Racism Field Staff with the UUA's Faith In Action Department and part time parish minister in Norwich, CT. Leon Spencer is Vice President of the Thomas Jefferson District, Tracey Robinson-Harris is Deputy Director for the UUA's Department for Congregational, District and Extension Services.
