Using a series of short, memorable, learning exercises, the workshop demonstrates the following processes in for promoting dialogue and authentic community in congregations: getting centered and balanced, sacred listening, speaking your truth, honoring difference, suspended judgement. Robert Sarly and Jane Sarly of RADIUUS (Research, Analysis and Design in UU Systems) facilitate this process of community building through dialogue in congregations.
