Who Should Attend?

The Large Congregations Conference is intended primarily for teams of religious professionals (ministers, religious educators, program professionals, administrators, etc.) and lay leaders of congregations with 550 or more members, or growing congregations which are approaching that threshold. We encourage congregations to send teams of at least three or four people in order to derive the greatest benefit from the conference program. As part of our institutional commitment to diversity and equality of opportunity, we ask congregations to invite and support young adults and persons of color as part of their team.
