Planning for Growth and Vitality for Midsize Congregations

specific issues of middle sized churches. In particular, your congregational
team learns:

development, and vitality in your congregation.
- Some of the specific strategies moving from a "pastoral" to "program" style
congregation.
- How to focus on ways that a vision, a sense of purpose and a responsiveness
to your surrounding community can direct your efforts for expressing these
in the program ministry of the congregation.
- The importance of congregational culture in middle sized congregations and
ways hat this informs your specific growth, vitality and change strategies.
- To put some of the concerns that you have about "volunteerism" and "fundraising"
into the broader context of personal ministry and giving development within
the congregation.
- A planning method that guides your work with your congregation following
the workshop.
This workshop typically takes place on a Friday evening, all day Saturday and
