Example 4: The President shall be the chief administrative officer of the Church. The President shall preside at all meetings of the Congregation and the Board.
Example 5: The President shall be the executive officer of the Church, serve as a member of the Board, be responsible for organizing the agenda for all Regular and Special Steering Committee Meetings, and have authority to sign on behalf of the congregation any deeds, mortgages, bonds, contracts or other legal instruments which the Steering Committee has authorized to be executed, except in those instances where the signing and other execution of such instruments shall have been expressly delegated by the Steering Committee or by these bylaws or by statute to some other officer or agent of the church.
Example 6: The President shall preside at meetings of the Board of Trustees, and at congregational meetings, unless the Members at the beginning of a congregational meeting elect a moderator to preside. The President shall serve as a non-voting member of all committees except the Ministerial Relations Committee.
