Committed to anti-oppression and justice, Congregational Services supports the health, growth and transformation of congregations and individuals in fulfilling their mission.

The UUA's Congregational Services support the health and growth of congregations and other Unitarian Universalist communities. Association sponsored conferences to support growth and vitality in congregations are held annually, with a different focus approximately every third year for the categories: Large Congregations, Mid-size Congregations, and Urban Congregations. The next conference will focus on Building Multicultural Competency for All Congregations and is scheduled for February 2007. Watch this site for more details as they become available.

• National Growth Conferences

  Ten years ago the General Assembly made a commitment to move toward becoming an anti-racist, anti-oppressive, multicultural association.  Learn about steps to take toward building faith communities that are congenial, just and inclusive by attending this UUA-sponsored national conference, February 16-18, 2007. 

  Congregational Change is Personal: Meeting People Where They Are and Moving On
  Today's mid-size congregations deal with the complexities of change in their organizations. Supporting mission, cultivating growth, and nurturing aspirations are essential to smooth transitions and to retaining and attracting members. This event took place in Phoenix, March 2-5, 2006.

  Congregations in Good Company: Large churches face unique challenges in realizing their potential for growth, health and spiritual vitality. The Sixth Continental Conference for Large Churches: Congregations in Good Company was held in Boston, February 17-20, 2005.
