Welcome
to the Virtual Tour of the Unitarian
Universalist Association's Boston Headquarters
The
Unitarian Universalist Association of Congregations, known as the
UUA, is a liberal religious organization
with a rich history and a vibrant present. The UUA is currently
comprised of over 1,000 congregations across the United States,
and works closely with organizations in many other areas of the
world.
Together with the buildings at 41 Mt. Vernon St. and the Pickett
and Eliot Houses at 6 & 7 Mt. Vernon Place, 25 Beacon serves
as the national headquarters for the UUA. These three Boston buildings
house many of the UUA’s programs and services.
This virtual tour not only offers a view of the buildings, paintings,
and artifacts that make up the physical UUA headquarters, but also
briefly surveys the history of the association, and provides a glimpse
into what Unitarian Universalism stands for.
